She was a Co-Founder and Owner of two health conscious restaurants in addition to co-founding and co-owner of a health online meal prep company. Lauren also created her own Spiritual Guidance Company Divine Bliss Living. Lauren has a passion to help guide others to their healing, defeating depression, anxiety, childhood traumas and discovering their Divine Bliss Living. Lauren is a certified Reiki Master, Crystal Healer and 200hr Registered Yoga Instructor (Prenatal and Postnatal) and certified Transformational Life Coach.
